Refunds & Returns

At Velunia Glow, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the product received.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be approved in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The item was lost during transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Normal shipping delays outside our control.

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.

Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
